You can also follow the links under contact us and we will process your order within 24 hours. An invoice will be sent out to you and your order, provided it is in stock, will be shipped via Canada Post once your payment has been received, or once a cheque has been cleared.
We accept payment by Cheque, Money Order, PayPal (Visa/MasterCard, Telephone), or Email Bank Transfer
Ontario Sales Tax (HST) will be added to all purchases within Ontario. For shipments to other provinces the appropriate sales tax rates apply.
Shipping Cost for Saddles/Saddle Packages:
$40 within Ontario, $60 all other Provinces, plus an additional $6.50 for shipping materials and handling of all packages.
Shipping Cost for all other Items:
For saddle pads or smaller items we will ask for your postal code to calculate the exact amount your parcel would cost, plus an additional $6.50 for shipping materials and handling.
Generally, shipment with Canada Post (expedited) takes anywhere from 2 to 6 business days. If you are in a hurry we can arrange for faster service but an additional fee may apply.
Should the package or contents be damaged, please do not accept it without having your post office confirm that the parcel arrived damaged. Notify Canada Post and us immediately of the damage. Should you discover any damages to the products once you unwrap them, please notify us right away.
