Ordering:

You can also follow the links under contact us and we will process your order as soon as possible. An invoice will be sent out to you and your order, provided it is in stock, will be shipped via Canada Post once your payment has been received, or once a cheque has been cleared.
Payment:
The preferred choice of payment is by Bank E-Transfer, but we also accept PayPal and Visa or MasterCard by Telephone.
Ontario Sales Tax (HST) will be added to all purchases within Ontario. For shipments to other provinces the appropriate sales tax rates apply.
Shipping Cost for Saddles/Saddle Packages:
The following flat fee charges will apply to all Saddle Shipments:
$70 within Ontario, $80 Quebec & Manitoba, $115 all other Provinces (which includes the corresponding provincial sales tax).
Shipping Cost for all other Items:
For saddle pads or smaller items we will calculate the exact amount your parcel would cost.
Generally, shipment with Canada Post (expedited) takes anywhere from 2 to 8 business days. If you are in a hurry we can arrange for faster service but an additional fee may apply.
Damaged Packages:
Should the package or contents be damaged, please do not accept it without having your post office confirm that the parcel arrived damaged. Notify Canada Post and us immediately of the damage. Should you discover any damages to the products once you unwrap them, please notify us right away.
